Hydrological Statistical Services
Geo-Watersheds Scientific can provide flow-related statistical analyses through our partnership
with Bingham Statistical Consulting. Examples of services offer include:
- Estimate and summarize standard flow-related statistics from daily discharge records
for gaging sites with suitably long periods of record, including daily flow hydrographs,
QAA, flow duration curves.
- Extension of flow records from long-term gaging sites to matching short-term
sites via linear modeling.
- Publication quality graphics summarizing parameter estimates with confidence intervals,
as well as statistical evaluation of suitability of estimates for use in developing instream
flow reservations.
- Statistical analyses related to repeatability of measurements for quality-control purposes.
- Statistical review and evaluation of study and analysis plans for flow-related studies.
