GW Scientific staff have a variety of experience collecting data relevant to transportation networks.
The combination of surface-weather and geotechnical conditions is important for both land, air, and water transportation.
Collecting information on current conditions, forecasting future conditions, and making the information available
in useful formats for end-users are all elements of an "Intelligent Transportation Network". Developing these networks
in the Arctic and remote areas of Alaska has helped GW Scientific and partnering groups deliver results in the harshest of conditions.
